The "Kesher La'chaim" (Connection To Life) is a open educational framework project from the yeshiva in which key issues of Judaism are addressed in an atmosphere that is both pleasant and serious. Our Beit Midrash believes in connection and believes in life. Learning is not foreign and alienated but connected - to us, our environment and life. We believe in active and lively learning, learning in which everyone takes a full part in the learning. You will encounter content that draws on the wonderful world of Judaism, and touches deeply the soul.
As part of the study, a Chavruta is tailored to each learner. The Chavrutas ang groups meet with the text themselves and deal with it directly. In addition to studying in a Chavruta or group, there are additional lessons and lectures that are intended to deepen the subject being studied and to offer additional lines of thought and perspectives.
The study at the Beit Midrash and the seminars that take place in it are open to the public and the programs are intended for women and men separately. As part of the Beit Midrash, there are also special educational programs for French immigrants in the French language, led by Rabbi Eitan Galem.
